Police warning: High-risk sex offender has moved to Vancouver

A high-risk sex offender has completed his six-year sentence and has moved to Vancouver. Police issued a warning this week about Denis Joseph Fabas, 56, who was released from federal prison Thursday and is assessed a “moderate to high risk” of reoffending sexually against girls and young women. Warning from grizzly-attack survivor as wandering black bear draws a crowd in Burnaby
